Turners Construction is a family owned and operated construction company, specialising in custom home builds, large scale renovations and home extensions in South- East Queensland.

Brisbane based brothers, Michael and Alex Turner, offer over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Their passion for building runs deep as they have both drawn inspiration from their grandfather and his lifetime spent working as a successful builder.

Our skilled team are focused on providing you with the best possible customer service and workmanship, delivered on-time and within budget.

It doesn't matter if it’s a new designer home, bathroom, renovation, home extension, deck, patio, or your business’s shop fit out, our experienced team are dedicated to keeping the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Meet Michael

Director of Turners Construction and Construction Manager
Michael jumped straight into his apprenticeship fresh out of school, and hasn’t looked back since. After completing his apprenticeship, he also completed a Diploma in Building & Construction, and has gone on to successfully manage a variety of projects of varying scales.
While he gets great satisfaction out of all aspects of carpentry, Michael has a soft spot for old Queenslanders. He loves their original heritage detailing and layout, and enjoys the challenge of restoring them in a way that embraces our modern lifestyle needs.
When he isn’t building your dream home, you can generally find Michael out on his boat, or playing with his cattle dog pup Martha.
Meet Alex

Director of Turners Construction and Operations Manager
When you first enquire with Turners Construction, Alex will become your main point of contact. From concept right through to handover, he will be the one guiding you through every step of the journey.
Having completed a Diploma of Management, Alex continued his education journey progressing into a bachelor’s degree in Urban Development (majoring in Construction Management, Applied Economics & Finance). Alex started his career working as a principal estimator for a high-end residential building and progressed into the commercial industry as a contracts administrator, it is safe to say that you are in capable hands.
Alex prides himself on attention to detail and fantastic communication, aiming to make your experience with us, as seamless as possible. He is passionate about the work that he, and his brothers are able to produce, and looks forward to hopefully passing it on to his son Oliver one day!
